The call for the 2025 Summit Planning Committee is upon us once again! The planning committee is a critical part of the success of the summit every year. They are the beating heart of the summit and up to 15 people are welcome to join this special opportunity.

What to expect: Planning committee members are expected to attend 1 hour planning meetings once a month every month leading up to the summit starting in approx. January or February and then 2 planning committee meetings in the month of July. There will be occasional work in-between meetings to approve or suggest critical parts of the summit, like theme, title and logo.

What do you get in return? All planning committee members get access to the summit registration before it is open to the general public, the agencies of the summit planning committee members will be recognized as collaborative partners in this event, and all committee members get free registration to this event.**
